Data Collection & Core Principles

Meguri is designed with privacy at its core. We believe your personal rhythms should remain personal. All biorhythm calculations happen entirely on your device.

What Data We Store:

• Birth Date: Used locally to calculate your physical, emotional, and intellectual cycles.
• App Preferences: Your display settings, notification triggers, and Circle configurations.

Data Storage & Sync

• On-Device Storage: By default, all your data remains on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
• iCloud Sync: If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your private iCloud container, encrypted and accessible only by you across your Apple devices (iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad).
• Circle Data: When using "Circles," shared data remains on the respective devices of the circle members.

Payments & Subscriptions (Meguri Horizon)

We use Apple's In-App Purchase system to process subscriptions for Meguri Horizon.

• Apple processes your payment information securely.
• Meguri only receives a digital receipt to confirm your subscription status.
• No credit card or billing details are ever shared with or stored by us.

Analytics & Tracking

• No Third-Party Analytics: We do not use any tracking services (like Google Analytics or Firebase).
• No Advertising: Meguri is a premium, ad-free experience. We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties.

Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data. Since your data is stored locally:

• You can delete all local data by removing the app.
• You can manage or delete iCloud data via your Apple ID settings.
• You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (UODO in Poland).
