1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Meguri ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply to the Meguri iOS app, available on the Apple App Store, developed and operated by:

Meguri is a biorhythm tracking application that calculates and visualizes your physical, emotional, and intellectual cycles based on your birth date.

The App is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Biorhythm theory is not scientifically validated, and the App's insights should not be used as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or relationship advice.

3. Not Professional Advice

Meguri is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or wellness service. The App does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, or relationship advice.

Biorhythm calculations are based on an unvalidated theory and are presented for self-reflection and entertainment only. Never delay seeking professional advice based on information from the App.

Partner harmony scores and Circle synergy data are illustrative and should not be used as the basis for relationship decisions.

4. Meguri Horizon Subscription

4.1 Subscription Features

Meguri offers a premium subscription called "Meguri Horizon" that unlocks:

• Full access to Me (Personal Biorhythm) features
• Partner harmony tracking and compatibility analysis
• Circles team synergy tracking
• All future premium features

4.2 Free Trial

Meguri Horizon includes a 33-day free trial that begins when you first open the app. No payment information is required to start the trial. After the trial ends, premium features will be locked until you choose to subscribe.

4.3 Payment & Renewal

Payment is processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings at any time.

4.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com .

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Share your subscription with others outside of Apple's Family Sharing
• Use the App to harm, harass, or violate the rights of others

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, code, and functionality of Meguri are the property of Grzegorz Biały ELCODO and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Biorhythm theory is not scientifically validated. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or usefulness of any biorhythm insights provided by the App.

Do not use the App for medical, psychological, or critical life decisions. Always consult qualified professionals for important matters.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grzegorz Biały ELCODO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any decisions made based on the App's insights
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Errors, bugs, or interruptions in the App

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data.

In summary: Your personal data (birth date, preferences, Circle members) is stored locally on your device or in your private iCloud container. Subscription status is managed through RevenueCat using an anonymous identifier. We do not collect or store your name, email, or payment details.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period unless canceled.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Warsaw, Poland.
